A native Floridian, Dr. Kirk grew up on the Space Coast in Cocoa, Florida. She attended the University of Central Florida, double-majoring with a Bachelor of Science in health science and health service administration. Dr. Kirk was a medical assistant at South Florida Foot & Ankle Centers during her undergraduate years, where she developed her passion for podiatry. She then went on to attend medical school at Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine.

Dr. Kirk then completed an intensive three-year residency in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at JFK Medical Center in Atlantis, Florida. During her residency, she completed numerous additional surgical training courses with an emphasis on trauma, external fixation, adult and pediatric reconstructive surgery, and ankle arthroscopy.

She treats all injuries, deformities, and diseases of the foot and ankle with the latest techniques in both conservative and surgical methods specializing in adult and pediatric flatfoot, cavus foot, bunions, ankle sprains, fractures, trauma, plantar fasciitis, foot and ankle arthritis, and diabetic limb salvage.

Dr. Kirk is board qualified by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. She is also an active member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and Florida Podiatric Medical Association.

In her free time, Dr. Kirk enjoys offshore fishing, archery, volleyball, traveling, and spending time with her two dogs, Timber and Zyla.
